A human relations grad, Ben’s job is to see people capitalize on the gift of the relationships in their lives to grow spiritually. He oversees our entire Life Team ministry and care support structure, as well as our outreach ministry as its interim director. A huge sports fan, Ben’s contribution to the Management Team serves to constantly push our church to new levels of effectiveness. He and his wife Tracey have three children, Caleb, Samuel and Eden.
