Jeff’s job is to see the quality of our Life Teams continually strengthened. He provides training to leaders and their support coaches, as well as resourcing and developing curricula to foster each team’s growth. His goal is for everyone, through Life Team involvement, to experience the encouragement and accountability that relationships provide, and to ensure that each of us is growing in a way that we otherwise couldn’t on our own.
