Our Board of Elders serve on behalf of our church members, overseeing the operation of our ministry by playing a governance role. As church members themselves though, Elders don’t just sit on the sidelines and watch the ministry; they’re each involved as volunteers in the ministry in a way that serves as an example to the rest of us. In fact, each of these team members is not only nominated to the Eldership Team by other church members; they also undergo a strict selection process to affirm the many biblical attributes required of an Elder. Because “the buck stops here”, the role of the Board of Elders is a tremendous responsibility.
