All of the wonderful ministry that God does here at Southridge wouldn’t be able to happen without our Operations Ministry Team. This team serves in more of a behind-the-scenes capacity, because their job is to create the infrastructure and provide the support systems that enable all our other ministries to thrive. In a nutshell, this team makes sure our church “runs well”, because they provide the administrative and organizational horsepower that every other ministry depends on— everything from facilities to finances. Without our Operations Ministry Team pulling everything together, we’d simply be a collection of ministries, not the unified church God desires us to be!
