Interested in Leading?

We are always looking for people to start new Life Groups here at Southridge. However, leading a group is no small task. In fact, we believe it’s a calling – something that God asks a person to do. As far as we’re concerned, our Life Group leaders are the pastors of this church. They are the ones walking with people through crisis, guiding them towards taking their next step of spiritual growth, getting them plugged into service, and engaging & dialoguing with them through the truths of Scripture. That’s why we want to be very careful in who we select to lead a group.

To help us get to know you better, please take some time to fill out the “New Leader Application” form, providing as much information as possible. When you are finished, submit it to the reception kiosk (ATTN: Jeff Jantzi). Also, we’d love to have you join us for our next “New Leader Orientation”.
