Parents, there is no doubt, that you are one of the biggest influences in your teen’s life and we’ve got ways for you to stay up to date and involved in what’s happening at the Ridge and in the teen culture. We believe that by being active in your teen’s spiritual journey, you will be strengthening the bond you have with them and helping to put in place a foundation that will last a life time.
Teens are greatly impacted by their families. Long after students stop attending youth groups, they are still connected to their families. Southridge Community Church keeps the priority of family at the forefront of its mission, to give families the understanding and tools they need to encourage their teens to grow in their faith. The student ministry at Southridge wants to partner with parents to support them as they assume their God –given role of spiritual influence in their teen’s life. Parent Connection is one way parents are able to stay connected to the ministries that are provided and most importantly find out what is available to assist them in the spiritual development of their family.
