All The Church Wants Is My Money

Ok, you’ve done it. You’ve finally given in to your insistent friend and (semi-reluctantly) agreed to come to church for the first time. You find a seat and are just starting to actually get into the music and then… you guessed it! Here comes the Church, its hands in your pockets, demanding more money! The Bible itself warns that, “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.” So why does the Church always seem to want more of it and its corrupting influence? Do they honestly believe God needs our money?

Enjoyed your message. Would like to know where you got your stats (re gross income of Christians, % that give, % that’s given, dollar amounts, amount required to obliterate world hunger, etc.). Also would like a transcript of stats.
