In recent years, shopping has evolved. The mall is no longer just a place to buy stuff we need. In over 6 million square feet, West Edmonton Mall (the largest mall in North America, fifth largest on the planet) houses an amusement park, water park, indoor lake, skating rink, mini golf course, hotel, shooting range, petting zoo, nightclub, 3 radio stations… and a chapel. It begs the question: has our faith evolved with the mall? What role does faith play in the purchases we make? How do we live our Faith@TheMall?
Carmen thanks for your feedback, yes we currently use Fair Trade Coffee. We are in the process of investigating alternative solutions regarding styrofoam cups. There is a significant cost attached to this change and going multi-site also makes this a little trickier but we are committed to finding a solution. Still open to suggestions :)

What a great sermon. I really loved it because it really made me think. Thanks.
I couldn’t help notice on the way out of the service that at Southridge we use styrofoam cups and I’m not sure if we use fair trade coffee.
Is this something as a church we’re looking into?
I know it’s more costly but is there a way we can buy in bulk so at least we’re saving on some of the shipping costs?
Again, thanks for making me think today. Really powerful.
